Online Technologies

You can find us over at Ghatkopar East, specifically in the A/6 section. It is a relatively small space, but Online Technologies has been operating from this corner for a good chunk of time now. Mumbai is a city that is always moving fast, and we just try our best to keep up with the technical side of things. It is mostly just a couple of us in the office on most days. We handle tech support and different types of online setups for local folks and some of the smaller offices nearby. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the window view isn't much to look at, but it is home for our business. We get a lot of walk-ins who are just asking for quick fixes for their devices. Sometimes we can help them out right away, and other times we are backed up with much bigger projects that take days. We do not have a fancy website or a PR person to manage our image. Word of mouth is how most people end up finding us. It is just honest, daily work. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that do not want to cooperate. The train station isn't too far away, so it makes it convenient for us to get around the city. We keep a stash of spare cables and old monitors in the back room just in case. It is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is kept.
