One World Developer

Our office is tucked away in the Raut Building over on Mahtam Pule Cross Road. If you know Vile Parle East, you probably know the area well. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the cross roads, but number 129 is where you’ll find us. We’ve been working as One World Developer from this spot for a good while. The space isn’t huge, just enough room for the maps, some blueprints, and a few chairs for when people come in to chat about projects. We spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how things fit together. It’s a lot of phone calls and walking around sites. The Raut Building is an older place, but it suits us just fine. Vile Parle has its own rhythm, and being on the east side means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in the city. We just focus on the jobs we have in front of us. Some mornings start early with meetings right on the sidewalk before we even get upstairs. We handle the usual headaches that come with building things. Sometimes the weather slows us down, or permits take longer than they should. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We stay busy enough. There’s always someone coming in with a question about a piece of property or a new project. We just keep at it day by day.
