Omkar Sales P.Ltd. is at 110 Alpine Industrial Estate. We are on Military Road, near Ashok Nagar, just off the main Marol area. It’s a busy spot and the traffic around here can be quite something. Our warehouse and office are combined in one unit. We have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling filled with stock. Most of the day is spent picking orders, packing them up, and getting them ready for the delivery trucks. It’s a fast-paced environment and things can get a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once. We don't have a lot of space for a fancy office, so the sales team sits right near the packing area. It gets a bit noisy with the tape guns and the boxes moving, but we don’t mind. We are a small team and we all pitch in where needed. If the warehouse is busy, the office staff will help with the packing. We know most of our regular customers by their first names. We don’t do any big advertising or have a shiny website. Most of our business comes from people who have been buying from us for years. We just try to get the orders right and out the door on time. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far in Marol. We start early and usually finish late but it keeps us going.
