Om Tech Pune

Even though our name mentions Pune, we are actually located over in Bhayander East in Mumbai. We work out of Siddi Apartment, Flat No 402, which is in the Golden Nest area. Because we are based in a residential building, it is not like a big shop you would see on a main road. Mrs. Mangala R. Goasawi is the one who handles things here. Being in a flat means that the atmosphere is a bit more quiet and personal than a big office. We handle different kinds of tech tasks and support from this space. Bhayander is a very crowded place and getting anywhere can take a long time, so we do most of our work right from the apartment. The flat has a view of the other buildings in Golden Nest. We have our computers set up and there are usually cables and different spare parts lying around on the desks. It looks a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. People usually give us a call before they come over because it is a private residence. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or staring at screens. Sometimes the internet connection acts up, which can be a real headache when we are busy, but that is just part of the job. We have neighbors who have lived here for a long time and they are used to us being around. It is a humble setup, but it works for us.
