Om Sakthi Traders

Om Sakthi Traders is located at 31, Ansar Manzil, on the first floor. We are right on Banian Street, which is a place that never really seems to quiet down. The building itself is quite old, and the stairs up to our office are a bit narrow and steep, so you have to be careful when you’re carrying any heavy samples. Inside, it’s mostly just us, a couple of desks, and a lot of samples of the different goods we trade. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking the stock that’s supposed to be coming in from the docks. Banian Street is pretty famous for its hardware and metal trade, so there’s always someone coming by to ask about the latest prices or to pick up a small order they needed yesterday. We don’t go in for big advertisements or any of that promotional stuff. People know where we are because we’ve been here for a long time, and word of mouth usually does the job for us. The old fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we’ve stopped noticing it lately. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s making the tea or writing out the invoices by hand. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, but we always manage to shift things around. It’s a basic setup, focused on getting the work done.
