Om Sairaj Travels

Running Om Sairaj Travels keeps us pretty busy most of the week. We are located in Block 653, specifically Room 8, over in Sane, Ghatkopar West. It’s right near the Saibaba Mandir, so it’s easy to find if you look for the temple first. The area is always noisy with people and cars passing by on Sleater Road. Our office is small, just enough space for a few of us to sit and handle the bookings. Sometimes the fan makes a clicking noise that drives us crazy, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. We mostly just drink tea from the stall nearby and wait for the phone to ring or for someone to walk in looking for a trip. The monsoon season is the worst because the road outside gets a bit muddy, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We’ve been in this room for quite a bit of time now, and we know all the neighbors. Sometimes the local kids play outside the door, and it gets a bit loud, but we don't mind much. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have fancy carpets or glass walls. Just some old files, a couple of computers, and some chairs that have seen better days. It works for us. We just focus on getting people where they need to go without making a big fuss about it.
