Offshore Ut In Private Limited is located at 103 Rajguru Apartments on Baburao Parulekar Road. Dadar West is one of those places in Mumbai that never really sleeps, so there is always a lot of energy around the building. Rajguru Apartments is an older place, but it has a lot of character and we have been in room 103 for a while now. It feels more like a home than a cold office. We have the windows open when the weather allows it, though the Mumbai humidity usually wins. You can hear the trains occasionally and the general hum of the city life right outside. We don't have a big reception desk or a shiny logo on the wall. It’s mostly just us at our workstations trying to stay organized. The road outside can be a bit of a mess with traffic, so we are used to the sound of horns. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea and talk about the day. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't see the point in having a fancy setup in some glass skyscraper when we can just be here in Dadar where everything is accessible. People know the address and they know where to find us if they need to talk. We just do our thing every day and try to stay productive in our little corner of the city. We keep it simple.
