We are over here in Thane West, specifically at Brindavan Society. If you know the area, it is Building 29A, up in Flat 21. It isn't a huge fancy office or anything, just where we get our planning and paperwork done. We’ve been involved in building stuff for a bit now as Ocean Seven Buildtec Pvt. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it is quiet while we look at site reports. There is usually a lot of tea going around while we talk about materials and schedules. Most of the time we are out on the sites because that is where the real work happens, but this flat is our base. It gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in to drop off files or pick up blueprints. We try to keep things organized but construction is messy by nature. The society is nice and quiet which helps when we need to focus on the technical drawings or the budget sheets. People around here know us as the lot who are always talking about bricks and cement. It’s a straightforward business really. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. It is not always perfect and sometimes there are delays with the weather or supplies, but that is how it goes. If you are looking for us, just ask for the 21st flat. We usually have someone there during the day unless we are all out in the field.
