We are OBM Automation, and our office is in Room 305 of Orchid Plaza. That’s on Natawala Lane, just off the busy S.V. Road in Borivali West. Being in Mumbai Suburban means you are always in the middle of a crowd. The commute to the office can be a real struggle depending on the local trains or the traffic on S.V. Road. Orchid Plaza is a typical business building. We have neighbors doing all sorts of things, from accounting to travel booking. Our space is dedicated to automation work. It is where we plan out systems and talk to our suppliers. We aren't a massive firm. We have a handful of people who really know their stuff. The office gets a bit cramped when we have new equipment coming in. We don't have a fancy coffee machine; we just get tea from the guy downstairs. We don't spend time writing mission statements. We spend our time making sure the automation units we sell actually work like they are supposed to. Sometimes things break and we have to go out and fix them in the heat. It is just part of the deal. We have been in Borivali for a while and we like the energy here. It is noisy and fast, but it feels like things are happening. We just keep our heads down and handle the next order that comes through the door.
