Our place is in the Mandpeshwar Industrial Estate in Borivali West. Specifically, we’re at A-204 on S V Patel Road. Being in an industrial estate means there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving somewhere nearby. Oblam Tech LLP fits right in. We’re on the second floor. It’s a practical space with concrete floors and high ceilings. We don't have fancy art on the walls or a lounge area. We have workbenches and computers. Mumbai City is a busy place to run a business, and Borivali gives us a bit of a different vibe than the south part of town. We’ve been here for some time now and the neighbors are all good people doing their own trade. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on whatever tech work is on the table that day. Sometimes the power flutters, but we have backups for that. It’s not always easy, but it’s ours. We don't believe in using big words to describe what we do. We just do the technical work that needs doing. Usually, lunch is something quick from a nearby stall because we’d rather be working than sitting in a restaurant. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, we fix things or build things, and we head home. No drama, just the usual grind that keeps everything moving forward for the team.
