Nteknova Infosolutions

You can find us over at Knox Plaza in Malad West. We’re in room B604, which is up on the sixth floor. Mindspace is right nearby, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people moving around this part of Malad. Nteknova Infosolutions is basically a group of us who know our way around computers and software. We aren’t some massive company with hundreds of people in suits. It’s more of a desk-and-coffee kind of setup where we focus on solving whatever tech problem comes through the door. Some days it’s really quiet and we just put our heads down to work on coding or data stuff, and other days the phones won’t stop ringing because someone’s server is acting up. We chose this spot in Chincholi Bandar because it’s central for us. Dealing with info solutions means we spend a lot of time looking at screens, but we also like it when clients come by to talk through what they need face-to-face. It’s easier to explain things that way without all the technical jargon getting in the middle. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If we can fix something, we say so, and if it’s going to take a while, we tell you that too. It’s a busy life here in Mumbai, but we’ve carved out our little corner here in Knox Plaza to do what we do best without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
