You can find us in Anushaktinagar, which is a quiet corner of Mumbai. We are in the Nilgiri building, specifically in Flat 1803. Being on the eighteenth floor gives us a decent view of the area. Anushaktinagar is mostly where people who work for the nuclear sector live, so it has a very specific feel to it. Our office is not a corporate headquarters with a glass lobby. It is just a modified flat where we keep our files and computers. We handle a lot of administrative and planning work related to nuclear power. It sounds very high-level, but our daily routine is quite ordinary. We deal with lots of paperwork and attend many meetings. The building is older, so sometimes the plumbing or the lights need fixing. We have a small team and everyone knows each other very well. We do not have a big marketing budget or any promotional materials. We just do the work that is assigned to us. We have our tea together in the afternoons and talk about our kids or the local weather. It is a very stable place to work. We have been here for a long time and we don't plan on moving. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It is practical and honest work, and that is all we really want from our jobs.
