Novelty Cell World

We are based over in Andheri East, right along the Dhulia Highway. If you know that stretch of road, you know how hectic it gets with all the cars and people moving through. Our place, Novelty Cell World, is right in the thick of it. We deal with phones and accessories mostly. It’s one of those spots where you’re always busy because someone always has a problem with their mobile or needs a new cable. I’ve worked in Andheri for years, and this highway location is great because everyone passes by at some point. The shop isn’t anything too special to look at from the outside, but we have what people need. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, someone just drops in because they were stuck in traffic or they live nearby. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons with the sun hitting the front, but we keep the door open. We see a lot of different faces every day, from office workers to students. Working with technology can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it keeps things interesting. We just try to get the jobs done as they come in. It’s a lot of sitting at the workbench and fixing small parts. That’s basically what we do here. No big corporate meetings, just us and the phones on the highway.
