If you head over to the Raja Industrial Estate on P.K. Road in Mulund, that’s where Novel Plastics is located. We are at number 158, tucked away in Sarvoday Nagar. It’s a typical industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving in and out. It’s not the quietest place to spend your day, but it’s where things actually get made. Our space is filled with tools and materials, and it usually smells like a workshop. We aren't big on decorations or making the front office look like a hotel lobby. It’s a working environment through and through. The guys here have been working with plastic for years, and they know the machines better than they know their own cars. We have our routine. Morning starts with checking the inventory and making sure everything is ready for production. Mulund is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the transport trucks to find us, even if the traffic on P.K. Road can be a nightmare during the evening rush. We focus on the practical side of things. If a job is worth doing, we just do it right the first time. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk to people plainly and get the work finished. It’s a lot of long hours, but seeing the finished product makes it feel worthwhile for all of us.
