Getting a hold of us at Nokia Siemens Networks usually starts with an email to the Gurudugirish hotmail account. It's a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and replying to folks who need help with their network stuff. It isn’t always glamorous work, sitting in front of a computer for hours, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big front desk or a lobby with plants. You might get a reply late at night or early in the morning depending on how busy things are. We don't really stick to a strict nine-to-five if there's work that needs finishing. It’s just how we operate. No big corporate speeches here, just regular people trying to stay on top of the technical side of things and making sure the connections stay up and running.
