We are Niyati Ventures and we work out of A- 1 in Tilibal Apartment. That is on Daftari Cross Road in Malad East. It is a busy part of Mumbai, so there is always noise from the street. Our office is just a regular room where we handle our business affairs. We have been in Malad for a while now. We do various venture projects and manage things from this small space. It gets quite cramped with all the files and computers on the desks. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign outside. Most of the people we work with just know where to find us. Tilibal Apartment is an older building but it works for us. We spend our days making calls and organizing our projects. It is hard work and sometimes things get a bit chaotic in the afternoons. We are just a small team trying to make things move forward. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just show up every morning and do the tasks that need doing. Daftari Cross Road has a lot of little shops and businesses like ours. It’s a good place to be if you want to stay busy. We are just local people doing business in a way that makes sense to us without any extra fuss. It is a simple life and we stay focused on our daily jobs and getting things right.
