Nitin R Joshi

Our place is on Mahatma Gandhi Road, specifically inside the Mulun Narayan Industrial Estate at unit number 415. It is a pretty typical industrial spot. You have to walk through the main gates and find the right building among all the others. Nitin R Joshi has been based here for a while. The estate is always buzzing with activity from other businesses, so there is never a dull moment. Inside our unit, it is mostly functional. We have the tools and equipment we need to get through the day. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine. There are grease marks on some of the benches and the floors are stained from years of use. We prefer it that way because it shows we actually work here. The lighting is a bit dim in some corners, but we have lamps where we need them. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or branding. We think it is more important to just keep the machines running and handle the orders as they come in. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, which is frustrating, but we just take that as a sign to grab some lunch. We are just a local operation trying to keep things steady. No big promises or complicated talk, just us doing what we know how to do on MG Road.
