Nitin Pagare

Getting to our place on Ram Ratan Trivedi Road takes a little bit of doing. We are located at Plot No 14 in the Bomsandra Iphan Jigani Link Road Industrial Area. It’s quite a mouthful to say the whole address, but that is where you’ll find us. We are near the Post Henna Agra 38 area. Working in an industrial zone means there is always something going on nearby. You hear trucks passing by and the sound of other shops all day long. Nitin Pagare started this up because we wanted a place to work that made sense. It’s not a fancy office with carpets or anything like that. We have concrete floors and a lot of metal shelves. Most of our time is spent handling the day-to-day tasks that keep everything moving. The dust from the road sometimes comes inside when the doors are open, but we just sweep it out and keep going. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months. We usually have a fan going, but it only does so much. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions since the industrial area is so big and confusing. We don't mind helping out. It’s just us here, working hard and trying to stay on top of things. No big speeches or complicated rules, just honest work every single day in this part of town.
