Nitin Chamakale

I’ve been running things from A 59 Kesar Residency for a while now. It’s part of the Co Op Hsg Society Ltd, right near the Bhagwati Hotel by the Charkop Market in Kandivali West. It’s a lively spot to be in, especially with the market so close by. My setup isn’t some big corporate office with glass walls. It’s a more personal space where I can focus on the work at hand without all the extra noise of a massive company. I mostly deal with individual clients and small projects that come my way through people I know in the neighborhood. I don’t go in for fancy advertising or big promises. I just do the work and try to make sure it’s done right the first time. Sometimes things take a little longer if I’m juggling a few different tasks, but I always get there in the end. Being based in Kandivali West means I’m close to everything I need, and it’s easy for people to drop by if they have a question. I’ve lived and worked around here for years, so I know how things go. It’s a straightforward way of working that suits my lifestyle. I don't have a mission statement or a list of core values on the wall. I just show up, do what needs doing, and try to be helpful where I can. It’s just me and my work, really, and that is exactly how I like it.
