Nithi Ventures Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the Sakinaka area in Andheri East. You can find us right by Nidra Beds, across from the Ansa Industrial Estate C Building on Saki Vihar Road. This part of Mumbai is always crowded and the traffic is pretty much constant. Our office is in a building that’s seen better days, but it’s a good location for us to stay connected. We handle a lot of different business ventures from this small space. There are papers everywhere and the phones never seem to stop ringing. It’s a bit chaotic, but we managed to find a rhythm that works. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a handful of us trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is due. The local tea stall downstairs is where we get most of our energy from during the day. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to get through our to-do list and keep our clients happy with the results. Saki Vihar Road is a busy place to be, but it keeps us in the middle of everything. It’s a practical office for a practical team. We’ve been here a while and know the shortcuts around the traffic by now. It’s just how we do things. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be.
