We’re located in Malad West, right in the middle of all the noise and energy of Mumbai. Our office is on the 9th floor of the Ijmima Complex, which is part of the Raheja Metroplex on Link Road. If you’ve ever been on Link Road, you know how packed it gets at all hours. Getting to the 9th floor takes a bit of time when the elevators are busy in the morning. Once you’re up there, though, it’s a bit quieter. We handle various services, mostly focused on the technical side of things. It’s a standard office setup with desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We spend our days mostly on calls or working through service requests. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the traffic below. We usually get lunch from the small places around the complex or bring stuff from home. It’s a busy environment because there are so many other companies in the same building. You see the same faces in the lobby every day. We aren't a huge corporation, just a team trying to keep up with the work coming in. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, but we manage. Malad is a good place to be because everything you need is right there. It’s definitely not a quiet life, but it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and it feels like home. We just keep our heads down and do the work we promised.
