Borivali is where we’ve been based for a bit now. Being in Mumbai means there is always noise outside the window and people are always in a rush to catch the next local train. Nisai Srl isn't a massive corporate office with hundreds of people. We have a modest space where we get our work done. Most of the time it’s just us staring at screens or talking on the phone with suppliers. The traffic on the Western Express Highway makes it a headache to get around sometimes but we manage. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just handle the business things that come up day to day. It’s pretty practical work. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with papers and files everywhere. We try to keep things moving so we can get home before the evening rush becomes impossible. It’s just a regular Mumbai life. We focus on the tasks at hand and try not to get too distracted by everything else going on in the city. There is always something to fix or someone to call. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the chai guy downstairs knows our order by heart now. That's just how it goes for a small business like ours here in Borivali. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
