I have my office in Andheri West, specifically in room 302 A. It is a typical Mumbai setup where you have a business running out of a residential or mixed-use building. Andheri West is a very lively place to be, and there is always something happening right outside the door. My space is small but it has everything I need to get through the day. I have been here for a while and I have gotten used to the specific sounds of this building, like the neighbors talking or the elevator bell. It is not a place where you would expect to find a corporate headquarters, and that suits me just fine. I prefer the quiet and the simple way of doing things. I spend most of my time here working on my own, surrounded by my books and papers. There is no big staff or fancy equipment, just the basics. I have a window that looks out over the street, which is good for people-watching when I take a break. The area has everything I need, from stationery shops to places to get a good lunch. I do not try to make my business sound bigger than it is. It is just me, Nipun M Rangwala, working from this little spot in Andheri West. It is a comfortable way to work and I have no plans to change it anytime soon. Room 302 A is not a mansion, but it is my office and it works.
