Nilkamal Ltd.

We have been around Plot 77/78 in Andheri East for a good while now. Nilkamal Ltd started out quite small, but eventually, we moved into this Nilkamal House building in the MIDC area. If you know Street 13 or 14, you have probably walked past us at some point. It is a very busy part of the city. We mostly deal with things people use every day, mainly plastic stuff and furniture. It isn't always glamorous work. Some days it is just about getting the orders out and making sure the inventory matches up with what the computer says. We have a lot of people working here in the office and the warehouse. Most of us just show up, do our jobs, and head home to our families. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons around here, and the traffic on the way to the MIDC is usually a mess, but we make it work. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just focus on making things that do not break too easily. Sometimes things go wrong, a delivery gets delayed or a machine acts up, but we fix it and move on. It is a pretty straightforward operation. Most of the folks in the neighborhood know the building because of the sign. We have seen the area change a lot over the years, with new shops opening up and old ones closing down. We are still here, though, just keeping things moving.
