Nextpace Solutions Private Limited is based out of Casa Chandani Chowk in Pune. We are specifically located at La Vella, which is a bit of a landmark around this part of town. Pune City is a busy place, and being near Chandani Chowk means we see a lot of activity and traffic every single day. Our setup is pretty simple. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or expensive, modern furniture. We just have what we need to get through the day's tasks and stay organized. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which really helps with the work-life balance. We spend a lot of time at our desks. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when we’re all talking at once or trying to figure out a tough problem, but that's just part of the job. The address at SN 20/3/78 is where we spend most of our waking hours. We've got a routine that works for us and keeps things moving. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s more like a group of people who know each other well and just want to do a decent job for our clients.
