We’re over at the Apurva Industrial Estate on Makhwana Road. If you’ve ever been to Marol Naka in Andheri East, you know it’s always moving. Nexsus Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd. takes up unit 33/B. It’s a busy building with all sorts of companies coming and going. The lift is sometimes slow, so a lot of us just take the stairs. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We deal with technical solutions and various IT jobs. It’s not the quietest place because of the industrial estate activities, but it keeps us on our toes. There are plenty of places nearby to grab lunch, which is a plus. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or a lounge area. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Some of the guys have been here since we started. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, especially with the metro coming in. It makes the commute easier for some, though the traffic on the ground is still a mess. We aren't here to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to make sure the software we write and the systems we manage actually work. It’s a practical environment for people who like to solve problems and don’t mind a bit of noise. Most days are just about hitting the tasks on the board and making sure everything is stable. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just do it.
