The office is tucked away in B2/12, Kendriya Vihar, right in Sector 11 of Kharghar. Navi Mumbai has changed a lot since we first set up here, and we’ve seen the buildings go up all around us. It’s mostly a quiet spot, which is good when you’re trying to focus on writing code or fixing bugs that just won't go away. We spend a lot of time sitting in front of screens, probably too much if I’m honest. The team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces who are still figuring out the local train schedules. Lunch breaks are usually spent chatting about whatever project is giving us a headache that week. We don’t have those fancy lounge areas you see in movies, just desks, some decent chairs, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up when it’s really hot outside, but we manage. Working in software can be a bit dry, so we try to keep things light in the office. It’s not about being some giant corporate entity; it’s more about getting the job done right so we can go home to our families. We’ve built a lot of different things for various clients from this small office. It’s a practical place for practical work. You won't find anything too flashy here, just a group of people doing their best with the tools we have.
