New Era Creations

Jaffer Bhoy Industrial Estate is where you’ll find us. It’s right in Andheri East, so it’s always busy around here. We are at unit number 16. It’s an old building, very solid, with lots of other businesses around us making all sorts of things. You can hear the sounds of machines and trucks loading stuff all day long. New Era Creations has been in this spot for a good bit of time. The space is filled with materials and half-finished work. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there working on something. The lights are those long tube lights that flicker sometimes. We usually eat our lunch together at the big table in the back. There’s a guy who brings around snacks in the afternoon, which is the highlight of the day for most of us. Andheri East can be a nightmare with the traffic, especially when it rains, so we try to get our deliveries out early. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. Most people just know us from being in the estate for years. The walls are a bit dusty and there are stacks of papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical place for practical work. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to do until it’s time to head home.
