We are located at shop number 6 in the Radio Market over in Kandivali West. It’s a small space, but we’ve got everything we need packed in there. Being in the market means it’s always loud and there are people everywhere, which we’ve gotten used to over the years. We do a lot of info solution work, which mostly means helping people with their tech setups and software. There’s a lot of hardware lying around the shop at any given time. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way on purpose. It’s easier to keep track of things when it’s just a few of us. We don't have a big front desk or a waiting room. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. Sometimes we’re out on calls, so the shop might be closed for an hour here or there. It’s a bit informal, but it works for the people who live and work around here. We’ve been in the Radio Market long enough to know all the other shopkeepers. We swap stories and help each other out when needed. It’s a tight-knit community. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and set things up. It’s practical work for practical people. If you’re in Kandivali West, you’ve probably walked past us a hundred times already. We aren't going anywhere soon. We just keep our heads down and work.
