Netel India Limited is over at B 24 Gangeshwar Deep in Thakurwadi. We’re right near Samrat Hotel, which is a good landmark because people always get lost trying to find us in Dombivali West. Being in Thane, we get a lot of that local hustle. The building, Gangeshwar Deep, has its quirks. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs, which keeps us fit I guess. The office itself is just a regular setup. We’ve got our files, our computers, and a lot of cables running everywhere. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. Working near Samrat Hotel means there’s always a good smell of food drifting over around lunchtime, which makes everyone hungry. We’re a small group here in Dombivali. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s more like a community than a corporate office. We don't have a HR department with a hundred rules. We just treat each other decent and get the work finished. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about something totally unrelated to work, but then we dive back in. That’s just how Netel India Limited operates in this part of Thane. It’s real, it’s a bit messy, and it’s where we work. We've got a water cooler that makes a weird noise and some plants that I forget to water, but it's our space. We just keep going, day in and day out, making sure everything is sorted.
