Our small office is located in Airoli, inside a building at Sector 20D. We are specifically at Flat No. 602 on Plot No. D-14. Netbhet E-Learning Solutions is basically just a few of us working from this residential space. We chose this spot because Airoli is a bit more manageable than the more crowded parts of Mumbai City. The flat has been converted into a working area where we have our computers and all our files. It feels very much like a home, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We don’t have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby to show off. Most of our interaction with people happens online anyway, so this setup works perfectly for us. We usually start our day early and stay late depending on what needs to be done. There is a small balcony where we sometimes take our breaks to get some fresh air. The building is quiet for the most part, and the neighbors are used to us being there. We don’t use any complicated systems or have big meetings in boardrooms. We just sit around the table or at our desks and get to work. It is a very low-key and honest way to run our business. We like the local feel of the sector and the fact that we can just focus on our e-learning tasks without too many distractions. It is just a regular day-to-day operation here.
