We are located at Flat 301 in the Satyam Shivam Chs Ltd building. It is right in Vaishali Nagar, which is part of Jogeshwari West in Mumbai. This is a pretty busy area and the building is a mix of people living there and a few small offices like ours. We have been here for a while and the space works for what we need to do. It is not a big corporate headquarters, just a regular flat where we have set up our desks and computers. The address is B 0 Flat 301. We spend most of our time dealing with service requests and paperwork. Mumbai can be a loud city, but once the door is closed, it is fairly quiet. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking things on the screen. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow during the rush hours when everyone is leaving for work or coming home. We usually just take the stairs since we are only on the third floor. There is no fancy lobby or signage. We just have a small plate on the door so people know they have the right place. We like being in Jogeshwari because it is easy to get to the station from here. It is just a practical place to work without any unnecessary frills.
