Lmington Road is always a bit of a mess in the mornings when we arrive to open up. Nesttech India Pvt Ltd is located at 104, Ratan Heights, right on the first floor. If you know the area, we are situated just opposite Navjivan Society. It gets quite loud outside with all the honking and people moving parts around, but inside it’s mostly just us working through piles of stuff. The building has been here for a long time and you can tell by the state of the stairs. We have stayed in this spot because everyone knows where Lmington Road is, even if finding a parking spot is a total nightmare most days. Our routine usually starts with opening the shutters and checking what arrived the previous evening. There is a small tea stall nearby that we go to when things get too hectic in the office. Being on the first floor is definitely better than being higher up because the lift in these old buildings isn't always reliable. Sometimes the courier guys struggle to find the right entrance because the signs outside are a bit faded now. We have a lot of regular faces coming by, mostly people who have been dealing with the shops in this lane for years. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we keep our things and get the day's work done. The lights flicker occasionally but we’ve gotten used to it.
