If you know SV Road, then you know it is always incredibly busy with traffic, buses, and people moving around. Our office is situated in a cooperative housing society building, which gives it a very local and lived-in feel. It is certainly not a high-rise corporate office block. We have a few rooms dedicated to our daily work. We deal with all sorts of technical stuff and software matters every single day. The office can get a bit noisy when the traffic outside gets heavy, but we have all gotten used to the constant sound of horns. We don't have a fancy coffee machine like some places, just a regular old kettle in the corner. We mostly just focus on the specific tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we have to stay late when a big project is due, but for the most part, we try to keep regular hours. Being in Mumbai means that everything around us moves very fast, but inside the office, we try to keep things steady and calm. We have a lot of paperwork and digital files that we have to manage constantly. It involves a lot of sitting down and looking at our computer screens. We don't have a big front desk for visitors here. It is just a simple workspace.
