Nerolac House

We are located right in the heart of Lower Parel, inside the New Madhavpura Market. It is a very busy area, always full of trucks and people carrying things back and forth. Our space here at Nerolac House is mostly about paints and all the stuff that goes with it. The market is old, and it has that specific smell of dust and hardware that you only find in these types of wholesale spots. We have piles of tins stacked up everywhere. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or people looking for a specific shade for their walls. The office part is small, just a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork and bills. It is not the kind of place you come to for a polished showroom experience. Instead, it is a working warehouse environment where things get done. We know the other shop owners around here well. Sometimes we have tea together when things quiet down in the afternoon. Finding the place is easy enough once you get into the market, though parking can be a real headache. We keep our doors open early and stay until the market starts to wind down. It is just a straightforward business, really. We focus on the inventory and making sure we have what people ask for when they walk in.
