Our tech shop is inside House Number 5 in the Tukaram Jadhav area of Malad West. We’re pretty close to Shannytemple, so that’s how most people find their way here. It’s a small place packed with old computer parts, tangled cables, and monitors that we’re working on. We don't have a big glass front or a fancy waiting area. Usually, you’ll find us hunched over a motherboard with a soldering iron or trying to figure out why a laptop won't turn on. We help people with software issues, slow internet, and broken screens. It gets a bit messy with all the screws and plastic pieces lying around on the workbenches. We aren't a big service center; it’s just us trying to get your machines running again. Sometimes we have to tell people their old PC isn't worth fixing, which isn't always fun. We have fans running to keep the hardware from getting too hot, but it still gets warm in here. There’s usually a radio playing in the corner while we work through the pile of repairs. We don't have a fancy website or a ticket system; you just bring your stuff in and we give you a slip of paper. It’s a neighborhood spot where we know which houses have the worst power surges. We just do our best to solve the problems that walk through the door. The floor needs a sweep, but the computers come first.
