We are located in Shop No 5 at Shetal Apartment on J.M Road. It’s right across from the Shiv Sena Shakha and pretty close to Vardhmaan Hospital here in Bhandup West. The area is always crowded with people heading to the station or the hospital. Our shop is a small space where we handle different things related to the internet and digital work. It’s got that typical Bhandup feel—fast-paced and a bit cramped. We have a few computers set up and there is usually someone sitting there working on a form or printing something out. It gets noisy with the traffic on J.M. Road, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't doing anything fancy here. Most of our work involves helping people with online applications or just providing a place to get some digital stuff sorted. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs aren't the newest, but they do the job just fine for what we need. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, watching the neighborhood change around us as new buildings go up. Being near the hospital means we get a lot of people coming in for quick prints or looking for directions to places nearby. We just try to be helpful and keep the machines running throughout the day. It’s a simple operation, run by people who live nearby and know the local pulse. We close up when the street lights come on.
