We've been here at H 703 Ushacomplex for a while now. It's right near Usha Nagar on Khandelwal Marg. Being in Bhandup West is convenient for us. We handle stuff here as Ncr. It’s a busy area. Sometimes the traffic on Khandelwal Marg gets a bit much, but we like the neighborhood. We just do our work and keep things moving. There isn't much to say about us, really. We're just a small group working out of the complex. People usually find us easily because of the landmark. It's a standard office setup. We’ve seen the area change over the years. We mostly focus on what’s right in front of us. It’s not a big fancy place, just where we are based. The neighbors are okay. We spend most of our day here. If you know the Usha Nagar area, you know where we are. We don't really do much advertising. Mostly word of mouth or people who live nearby stop by. We try to be helpful when people come in. It’s just how we run things. Nothing too complicated. We’ve got our routines. The morning starts with tea. Then we get to the tasks for the day. It’s a quiet spot inside the complex despite the noise outside. We like the balance. We’ve stayed here because it works for us. That’s pretty much our story. Just a local spot in Bhandup West doing our bit. We enjoy being part of the local scene here.
