Rajdeep Building is where you’ll find us, right in G-7. Grant Road is always moving fast and there’s never a dull moment outside the window. We’ve been fixing computers here for a long time. It’s mostly just hardware repairs and software issues that keep us busy. People bring in laptops that won’t turn on or desktops that are making a weird clicking noise. Sometimes we’re knee-deep in parts and cables, and the shop looks a bit like a mess, but we know where everything is. It’s a small space, so we have to stay organized even when it’s hectic. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us working through the pile of machines that need attention. Some days the internet is slow or a part takes forever to arrive, which can be frustrating for everyone. We try to be honest about how long a fix will take. Most of our customers are locals or people who work nearby and need their stuff back for work. We aren't fancy, and we don't have a showroom with bright lights. It's just a practical workshop where things get repaired. If your screen is cracked or your hard drive is acting up, we usually have a way to help out. There is always a lot of dust in the city, so cleaning out fans is a big part of the job too. That’s basically how things run at Navneet Computer every day.
