Navin Prabhakar

I am located over in Goregaon West on Gokhale Road. The specific spot is 261 14 in the Nav Jeevan building, which is part of Jawahar Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of movement. I, Navin Prabhakar, have been using this space to run my things for a good few years now. The building is one of those typical Mumbai structures where everyone knows what everyone else is doing. My office isn't anything special to look at. It has a couple of chairs, a sturdy desk, and windows that look out onto the street. You can hear the sounds of the city constantly—scooters, people talking, and the occasional rain hitting the glass. It’s a real place where actual work happens. I don't go for any of that modern minimalist look. My shelves are full of old folders and reference books that I actually use. Sometimes the monsoon makes the walls a bit damp, but that’s just Mumbai for you. I spend my mornings going through emails and my afternoons meeting whoever drops by. It’s a straightforward life. I don’t have a marketing team or anyone to polish my image. What you see is what you get when you come to Jawahar Nagar to find me. It’s just about staying busy and making sure the work is finished by the end of the week. It’s my little corner in a very big city, and it suits me just fine.
