Navin Mistry

My place is over in Kandivali West, specifically at A 404 in the Badri Building. It is right opposite the Victoria Building in Vohra Colony. If you are coming down Mathuradas Extension Road, you just look for the colony gate. It’s a residential area mostly, so the atmosphere is a bit more relaxed than the main market. I am Navin Mistry, and I’ve been working out of this apartment for quite a while. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a blue moon. Inside, I’ve turned one of the rooms into my main work area. It’s not a big corporate floor, just a regular room with a table, a computer, and plenty of coffee mugs. I do my work here throughout the day, often staying late when there is a deadline. The neighbors are nice, and we all know each other by name. Being in Kandivali West is convenient because everything you need is just a short walk away. I don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find me through word of mouth or by looking for the building address. It is a quiet way to run things, and I like it that way. No fancy suits or formal meetings, just direct talk and getting the job done. It feels more like a home than an office, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle while the city moves outside.
