We are located in the A3 Hill View Apartments over on Paud Road in Kothrud. It’s a bit different running an advertising business out of an apartment building, but it suits us just fine. You get a bit of a view of the hills when the weather is clear, hence the name of the place. We have one room set up with a few computers and another space where we keep all the physical samples like banners and printouts. It gets a little messy when we have a big deadline and there are scraps of paper and rolls of vinyl everywhere. We don’t have a big fancy office in a glass tower because we’d rather just focus on the work here in Pune. Most of our day is spent talking to printers or fixing layouts on the screen. It’s a local operation, so we know the neighborhood well and often grab lunch at the small stalls down the road. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits or have formal meetings. If we need to discuss something, we just do it over a cup of tea in the kitchen area. It’s a practical way to work without all the extra overhead. We’ve been at this for a while and the neighbors don't seem to mind the occasional delivery of large signs. It’s just home and work all mixed into one for the team here.
