Naresh B Rathod International Event Organiser Choreographer

I spend most of my days around Marine Lines, specifically over at Palika Bazar where things are always moving. It’s Naresh B Rathod here. I’ve been doing choreography and organizing events for a good while now. My work takes me to different places, sometimes even international spots, but this spot in the bazaar is where the planning happens. It’s not a fancy office. There are always people dropping by to talk about wedding dances or some local show they want to put on. I handle the music, the steps, and all the small details that usually go wrong if you don't watch them closely enough. Sometimes I'm out late at a venue and then back here early the next morning to sort through costumes or tracks. It gets very busy, especially during the season when everyone wants their event to happen at once. I don’t have a massive team or anything, just some reliable people I call when the work piles up. The Bazar can be loud and a bit cramped, but it’s easy for people to find me. I just keep my head down and focus on the next routine. If you walk past the shops, you’ll probably hear music coming from my space. It is just how it is. Nothing too complicated, just hard work and a lot of rhythmic counting. I make sure the dancers know where to stand and the lights are in the right spot.
