Narendra Shah Co

Narendra Shah Co is located right in the middle of things in the Fort area. We are in Room Number 53, which is somewhere between the 19th and 21st floor depending on how you count the levels in this building. It’s near the Adugodi Signa area, and if you've ever been to Bombay, you know how crowded it gets around here. The office is small and honestly a bit cluttered. We have papers stacked up on almost every surface. It’s just how we work. I’ve been coming to this same room for years now. The elevator is usually packed in the mornings, so I try to get in early to avoid the squeeze. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over. We don't have a big marketing department or anything; it’s just us doing what we need to do. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the cricket scores, but most days are just a grind. The street noise reaches all the way up here, which is just part of the atmosphere. We deal with people from all over the city who manage to find their way to our little room. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a place where work happens. We try to be helpful when people come in, but we are mostly just busy with the piles of files on the tables.
