Being located at C 120 Tirupati Ashish Society in Shahad, Kalyan West, means we are right in the middle of everything. We are pretty close to Shahad Station, so you can always hear the trains passing by. It’s a constant sound that we’ve just learned to ignore. This is where we handle the forwarding work. There’s a lot of coordination with trucks and drivers. The office inside the society isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the filing cabinets we need. It gets quite busy, especially in the afternoons when the shipments are moving. The society itself is a lively place with families and kids playing around. We try to keep our operations from bothering the residents too much. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which makes the tracking harder, but we manage. There’s a lot of shouting and talking on phones to make sure things get to where they’re going. Kalyan West is a tough place for traffic, so we have to plan around that. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, check the schedules, and get the work done. It’s a practical business. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall knows our order without us asking. It’s just a regular workspace for regular people who want to finish their shift and go home.
