Running Nair Co Outsourcing Private Limited from E 317 in the Vrindavan Co-op Housing Society keeps us pretty busy. It’s in Anand Nagar, Majas Wadi, right on Caves Road in Jogeshwari East. Being in Mumbai means things move quick, but since we are inside a housing society, the vibe is a bit different than the big glass buildings. It’s more personal. We have a small team working out of this unit. We do a lot of data work and coordination for other businesses. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s steady and we take it seriously. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional fan whirring. We don’t have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. Most people find us through the address directly. We try to keep things organized, but when we have a deadline, the desks can get a bit messy with notes and folders. It’s a typical Mumbai setup where space is tight but we make the most of it. We’ve been in Jogeshwari for a while now and we like the area. It’s easy for the staff to get to work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, do the work for our clients, and head home. That’s our daily routine. We've been at it for years and plan to stay for many more.
