Nadeem Shaikh is located in Ghatkopar West. The exact spot is B-29 in the New Vasant Villa CHS Ltd. This is in the Amrut Nagar area, which is a pretty well-known part of Mumbai 79. The building is a typical cooperative housing society setup. We have been here for some time now. It’s a decent place to work from because it’s settled and quiet enough most of the time. Amrut Nagar has a lot of people living and working nearby, so there is always something going on. Our office in B-29 isn't anything like those high-rise corporate offices you see in pictures. It’s just a simple room with the things we need. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. We usually just answer our own phones and handle our own mail. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We like being in Ghatkopar because it’s easy to get to and most people know the area well. We don't really use any big marketing words to talk about what we do. We just do the work. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people trying to keep things running smoothly. There’s a lot of paper moving around and we usually have the fan going. It’s just a normal, small-scale operation in a busy suburb. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get through them one by one.
