N C Infotech

We are located over at 13/390 Vrajdham Road on Grant Road. N C Infotech is where we deal with all the computer headaches that people run into. It’s not a large place. We’ve got stacks of old monitors in one corner and boxes of motherboards in another. Grant Road is always moving fast, and our little office feels like a small island in all that rush. We handle everything from software updates to fixing a laptop that won’t turn on at all. Sometimes a customer brings in a machine that is ten years old and asks us to make it fast again, which is always a bit of a challenge. We don't use a lot of big words to explain what’s wrong. If a hard drive is dead, we just say it’s dead. We spend a lot of time waiting for progress bars to finish on screens. It can be tedious work, but someone has to do it. The shop gets quite dusty with all the fans running in the computers, so we spend a lot of time cleaning things out with compressed air. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know us as the guys who sit behind the screens. There’s usually a pot of tea somewhere near the back if things get too slow. We just keep working until the last laptop is back with its owner. It’s a lot of sitting and clicking, but we are used to it by now. The tea helps us get through.
