My Solution

We are located in Kandivali West, specifically in Ekta Nagar. The address is 47/475 Sukh Sagar. It is a residential-feeling area near Mahavir Nagar. We started My Solution to help people with their various technical or service needs. It is a small office, mostly just a few desks and a lot of cables everywhere. We aren't some big multinational corporation; we are just a local team trying to help the neighbors. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside a bit muddy, but that is Mumbai for you. We spend most of our time on the phone or working on computers. It is not glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. People usually find us through word of mouth. We do not really do much advertising around the city. The building, Sukh Sagar, is an older one, so it has that lived-in feel that we like. We know the security guard and the tea seller downstairs quite well. It is a decent place to work from every day. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone. If we can fix a problem, we do it. If we can't, we tell the customer straight. There is no point in making things complicated for no reason. Most days are predictable, but occasionally we get a weird request that keeps us thinking. We are just regular people working hard in Kandivali and making sure our small spot stays running.
