Mumbai Aaina Times

Mumbai Aaina Times is based out of the Shah Industrial Estate area in Bhandup West. To be honest, it’s a bit of a maze back here in Sakinaka. We are tucked away near Sheetal Niwas, right by where D K Abrol and Fugga are known to be. It’s an industrial vibe, lots of noise and trucks moving things around all day long. We aren't trying to be some big corporate media house with glass walls. We just work from this desk and keep track of things. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the noise from the estate gets a bit loud, but we manage. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for a bit and we like the grit of Bhandup West. It feels honest. You won't find us in a high-rise. We are down here on the ground where the action is. Most days are just spent looking at papers and talking to people who come through the estate. It gets dusty and hot in the summer, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just our name and the work we do. If you find yourself lost in Shah Industrial Estate, you’re probably close to us. Just ask someone for Sheetal Niwas. We’ll be there doing our thing like always, just like everyone else around here.
